Indian Wedding in Sarasota

Roma & Hiram Patel

06.03.2015 – 06.06.2015

Sarasota | Florida

Theme: Destination Indian Wedding

Color Pallet: Ivory & Gold

Guest Count: 400

The bride traveled to India to purchase much of the decor, including over 10,000 feet of jasmine flower strings that were handmade for her wedding that lasted a span of four days. From vacationing in Sarasota several times growing up, Roma stated that she always imagined her dream wedding at the Powel Crosley Museum and the historical Ringling Museum of Art. Rich in beauty and it’s long standing history as an icon of Sarasota, it seemed like the perfect place to have her destination wedding.

When we asked Roma what was something that made the wedding extra special, she said “I would say our wedding planner, Kim Fraser. For Hiram and I, the most important thing about this wedding aside from the decor, venue, clothes … etc, was our guests. We wanted this to be a time they could relax and enjoy themselves rather than running around to help us out. That only happened because of our planner and her ability to handle every aspect of our day. She executed every event flawlessly! We can honestly say we didn’t have a single stress the entire weekend!”
